Today, we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Moore.
Hi Brianna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello I’m Brianna Moore, proudly born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, I’m a student at the esteemed Clark Atlanta University, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing, and minoring in fashion merchandising. At 21 years old, I wear many hats – I’m the founder of the Be’Moore Foundation, a nonprofit modeling organization. Additionally, I’m a skilled nail technician, loc specialist, model, mentor, motivational speaker, model coach, and photographer.
My journey in the modeling world began during my freshman year at Clark Atlanta University, where I seized the opportunity to showcase my talents in the 2021 homecoming fashion show. During this time, I laid the groundwork for what would eventually become the Be’Moore Foundation, inspired by the desire to create a platform that not only nurtured modeling skills but also instilled a sense of community service among aspiring models.
As a sophomore fueled by this vision, I officially founded the Be’Moore Foundation on March 9, 2023. Since then, our organization has flourished, hosting five successful shows and spearheading over ten community service initiatives, all within the short span of just one year. Our core values of modeling, leadership, and service have guided us every step of the way, allowing us to not only make waves in the modeling industry but also leave a lasting impact on our community.
Through our dedication to empowering aspiring models and fostering a spirit of giving back, the Be’Moore Foundation has become a beacon of inspiration, changing lives and mindsets. From our humble beginnings to our current endeavors, our journey is a testament to the transformative power of passion, purpose, and service.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
While our journey hasn’t always been smooth sailing, we’ve been blessed to overcome obstacles and stay true to the core values of the Be’Moore Foundation. One significant struggle we faced was the challenge of not being able to secure charter status at Clark Atlanta University, which initially hindered our ability to conduct community service events and other activities on campus.
However, with perseverance and faith, we found alternative avenues to continue our mission. Despite these hurdles, we remained steadfast in our commitment to making a positive impact, ultimately organizing successful events and fashion shows for the Clark Atlanta University community, even without official recognition.
As you know, we’re big fans of The Be’ Moore Foundation. What can you tell our readers who might not be as familiar with the brand?
The Be’ Moore Foundation is a vibrant, nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young aspiring models by teaching them the proper techniques for walking the runway.
Based in the heart of Atlanta, our mission is not only to prepare our members for successful careers in the broad fashion modeling industry but also to coach and motivate them in a manner that fosters self-expression, creativity, and confidence. At the Be’ Moore Foundation, we understand the importance of molding future role models ready to embark on their journey into adulthood with grace, determination, and a strong sense of community.
