Conversations with Ka-ron Richardson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ka-ron Richardson.

Ka-ron, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my health journey by me dealing with asthma and inflammation in my knee. I did some research and it was said that inflammation is mainly triggered by highly processed foods. If you look at the standard American diet it’s filled with processed foods like cereal, cheese, chips, bread, dairy, packaged meats, and more.

As soon as I started cutting a lot of the processed foods out of my diet I instantly felt like a new person. I went from taking my asthma medicine every day to taking it once every couple of months. In 3 months my knee had felt better than it had ever felt in the past 15 years.

Once I experienced this I felt like everything we learned growing up was a lie. They told us milk gives us strong bones but they didn’t tell us that milk also causes mucus in the body and excessive mucus leads to sickness. Learning these new things made me feel obligated to inform my people and try to help make a change. That’s when I also got into the fitness business because they both go hand in hand.

I use to get a lot of messages on Instagram from people saying my workout videos and the healthier foods I was posting were inspiring them. I started to get a new sense of fulfillment when I realized I was helping people change their lives for the better.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it has not been a smooth road. When I first started to train I couldn’t get people to consistently commit. I was showing up every day doing what I was supposed to do but I couldn’t get them to do the same. I started questioning was this really my purpose but I stuck in there and things started to change for the better.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m known for personal training, seamoss gel, organic juices, organic detox teas, and organic dragonfruit smoothies.

I specialize in weight loss and weight gain.

What I’m most proud of is that I’m helping people become the best versions of themselves not just physically but mentally as well. When I get pic mail of kids loving my products or people showing me their new juicer/blender they brought it just makes me feel like I hit the lottery.

See the thing that sets me apart from other people is that I genuinely care about people’s well-being. When money is involved a lot of people lose their integrity but not me. Plus you rarely see a kid from the inner city promoting health.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I honestly don’t believe in luck. I believe if it’s meant to be it will happen.

  • $11 16oz organic juices
  • $25 wildcrafted seamoss gel
  • $30 organic detox tea
  • $220-$520 for personal training.
