Born in Silver Spring, MD, with Ghanaian ancestry, Kway started trading stocks as a teenager to stay out of trouble. Unfortunately, he fell victim to the system, which resulted in being incarcerated. After witnessing systemic injustices and lack of opportunities for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated populations post-release, Kway recognized the necessity for change and extended his commitment beyond the financial space.
With his partner Jehu Graham, Kway sought to elevate his direct community through software development and technology in the financial literacy space, and Cheat Code Algo was born. He expresses his commitment and continual dedication to melanated communities by unapologetically teaching wealth creation strategies through trading and investing in the capital markets.
Partnering with the State of VA, Kway and his partner started a foundation to contribute to anti-recidivism efforts through a programming initiative teaching financial literacy and investment education to current and previously incarcerated populations.

It most definitely has not been a smooth road. Life has its ways of humbling you, but when you stay focused and disciplined the challenges are just small bumps in the road especially with a community like ours.
Since initially launching the platform in 2020, Cheat Code has now become a booming community of 13,000 members, robust with curated programs tailored to every individual’s level of experience. We are grateful for our community.
