Check Out Nichelle Little’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nichelle Little.

Hi Nichelle, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
My name is Nichelle, a Baltimore native! During the pandemic, I decided to start a podcast! In my podcast Real Time with Nichelle I realizing wanted to be more than just a podcast.

So, I started doing Vendor events (Pop up shops) for small businesses in my city (Baltimore) to make some quick money and to get their brand and businesses seen by so many other people also giving them the chance to network with other small businesses that were local.

It’s a passion of mine to better this city in one way or another.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Whew! It has most definitely not been super smooth! I ran into issues like doing everything on my own from my podcast to my pop-up shops. Realizing that I needed a team to help me and take a load off.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Eventually, I would like to start doing monthly vendor events and expanding them to city-wide events for more than just businesses in our communities!

Things like back to school, homeless feedings, cleaning up the city, and most important to me, stopping the violent events in Baltimore! I am known as the pop-up shop Queen! And a podcaster. I am so proud of my drive to better our city and bring us together, I believe we are such a small city that can be so much better with work and effort.

I think what sets me apart from most. I am not chasing the next dollar or the next trend I am creating a brand for myself that can hopefully expand out of Baltimore but I must start with where I am from.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
As of right now, I am my mentor! My supporters are anyone who listens to the podcast Real Time With Nichelle and those who support me with my pop-up shops from sharing to attending to even shopping with our amazing vendors.
