Check Out Harold Berry’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Harold Berry.

Hi Harold, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started doing art just for fun when I was bored. I’m pretty much a self-taught artist specializing in mediums such as acrylic paint, sometimes oil paint, digital art and murals. My journey began around age 8 or 9 drawing Dragonball Z characters. Years went passed it progressed to different things when I entered high school taking art courses for a couple of years. Honestly, I never pictured myself being an artist that would inspire people back then. After graduating high school in 2009, I stop doing art for a long period of time. Fast forward to 2016, I slowly but surely got back to what I love to do and became more consistent with it than I ever been. Then in 2017 is when I decided to really take my art serious and told myself I’m all in with my art career and not too long after that’s when I met other artists participating in various art shows locally. So therefore, I want to travel around and spread my art to all the art lovers worldwide.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s not easy at all it definitely takes time you will have long nights and things won’t always go your way. Also, you might go through a situation where someone gets over on you by not paying you and blocking you on all social media platforms. I say that to say take 50% profit upfront before doing work for anybody so you’re not wasting time. I use to have moments where I thought I never would get better then I took it serious, kept pushing and people noticed my growth which is a great feeling. So with that being said never give up and don’t beat yourself up if you made or make mistakes; no one is perfect in this industry.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a Digital Artist, Painter and soon to be Tattoo Artist. I specialize in Digital Art, Oil Paint, Acrylic Paint and Murals. I’m mainly known for Digital Art and Acrylic Paint. I’m most proud of making my own character which is called The Peace & Love Twins. What sets me apart from others is the fact that I’m not afraid of stepping outside the box and trying something different, no matter how crazy people think that may seem.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as living on your own terms. Also achieving wealth, health, love and respect. Taking care of your family making sure you do your best to build something called generational wealth you can pass down to your kids or future kids.
