Hi Stacie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
“Live life to the fullest!” That’s my mantra. I’m originally from Jamaica, and I’ve wanted to open an upscale Caribbean restaurant with good food and a great atmosphere since the age of six. My husband and I came across the opportunity in the Locust Point area and cultivated our dream of Peppa Flame to reality.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We are a staple family-operated restaurant in the southern area of Locust point, we have had several challenges with some of the residence embracing international and cultural experiences; however we have continuously pioneered with our consummate professionalism, award noted customer service, and secret armor of delicious entrees as well as succulent flavored dishes.

Peppa Flame is a family-owned two-story authentic Caribbean restaurant. We are a full-service restaurant with a full bar with inside and outside dining. We do catering for all events as well as private parties for every occasion. We specialize in Jamaican-American cuisine.
We are the only Caribbean restaurant in Baltimore that has authentic Jamaican food, good vibes, great customer service, and a cozy atmosphere. I’m most proud of being able to employ people from all walks of life and creating a new innovative experience for the community.
