Today we’d like to introduce you to Brej’ae Bree Green.
Brej’ae Bree, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born & raised in North East Baltimore, MD. As a little girl, I was always creative. Sketching, designing clothes, painting, coloring, and designing mock events with my dolls and bears. I loved taking things apart to create something new. I also like watching David Tutara show and how he would take people’s weddings and turn them into something amazing. As I got older, I always loved being creative it was a great outlet for me. I attended Morgan State University and graduated in 2018 with a BS in Business Administration. While attending school I started to figure out a way to turn something I was passionate about into something I could make profitable. So, one day me and my mom was discussing my grandmother’s party back in 2017 for her 85th birthday and then it clicked! I can create memorable moments through event styling. So, for my grandmother’s birthday, I started with creating her a beautiful treat/candy table with a balloon installation. I still was nervous to peruse my business in 2017 but in 2018 I took a leap of faith and started my business. Bree Fancy Sweet Creations where our motto is Creating Fancy Experiences through Balloon styling and Treat design. My company creates beautiful balloon installations for events, Chocolate covered treats and Custom paper favors.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. Not one bit but it’s worth it because you can learn from those bumps that come along. Running a business has its highs and lows. One thing I have learned is you cannot do everything by yourself. I am extremely blessed for my support system for always willing to be a helping hand when I have an event or need assistance with a big order.

Bree Fancy Sweet Creations is and Event-based company where we create fancy experiences through balloon styling and treat design. We offer services for Ballon installation for example balloon columns, Balloons Garlands, and more! With our treats we offer Chocolate covered treats from apples, strawberries, rice Krispy treats, etc. We also can customize treats for any theme. Also, we offer personalized party favors. From hand sanitizer to chip bags, we can customize them to make them personalized party favors.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
My advice is to just reach out to people in your field. I always say it’s no harm in trying. Be open-minded and willing to learn. I make sure when I have an event or have an order to supply business cards. If I’m at an event setting up and there are different vendors, I make sure to go over and connect with them and exchange business cards.
