Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsay (Cray Gardens) Todd.
Hi Lindsay (Cray Gardens), thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2020, I was a stay-at-home mom with two toddler boys. We were home during the pandemic and I was feeling very stir crazy and isolated. As a former theater artist, I needed a creative outlet to stay sane while the world was mostly shut down. I turned to social media. Making funny videos about parenting, being a millennial, politics, cocktails, and mostly raising two boys became my creative outlet. I eventually began sharing more and more of my life. My breast cancer diagnosis, undergoing surgeries, chemotherapy, mental health struggles, having ADHD, and always motherhood. Over six years I’ve been able to connect with so many people, many from my home town of Baltimore and some across the country. It has been a wonderfully fulfilling experience.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I think I have been very lucky that having an online presence has been a mostly smooth road. I have certainly faced some public scrutiny, mean comments, and some valid criticism, but I have been lucky to have an amazing community of followers, a wonderful husband who always supports my wild endeavors, and so much support from fellow content creators.

I share my most honest experiences as a millennial woman and a mother. I do my best not to sugar coat or engage in any toxic positivity. I found there to be so much highly curated content surrounding motherhood, that I do my best to share relatable and honest experiences.
Any big plans?
I hope to just keep making creative and relatable content for as long as the internet will have me! I hope to always be a comedic relief and relatable friend to the people who follow me.
