Hi Ann, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hello I’m Ann Marie Grice I’m a native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania who has a very large family based in Baltimore. I’m a returning citizen who has become an author of an elevating journal. My journey is to help people understand the importance of using coping skills other than anger and crime. I’m currently employed as a laborer for a construction union which is working hard in the city of Baltimore.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
