Hi Ni’jae, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I grew up learning to adapt and work through challenges. Along the way, I’ve had to overcome setbacks that taught me resilience, responsibility, and the importance of staying focused on my goals. Recently, I’ve been rebuilding after a difficult period in my life, and it’s motivated me to create a more stable future for myself and my family. I’m someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in improving, and doesn’t give up when things get hard. Every experience I’ve had has helped shape my work ethic and determination. Today, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can contribute, continue growing professionally, and prove that I’m dependable, hardworking, and ready to succeed.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. I’ve experienced challenges and setbacks that tested me personally and professionally. Instead of letting those experiences define me, I used them as opportunities to learn, grow, and become more resilient. Each obstacle has strengthened my work ethic, taught me how to adapt under pressure, and reinforced the importance of staying committed to my goals. While the journey hasn’t been easy, it’s made me a stronger, more determined person, and I’m excited about what comes next.

I founded Sparkle Squad Cleaning Services in August 2025 with a vision of building a cleaning company known for quality, reliability, and professionalism. My goal has always been to provide detailed residential and commercial cleaning services while creating spaces that make my clients feel comfortable and stress-free.
One of my proudest milestones came early in my journey. Within just three months, I secured my first commercial cleaning contract, and within two weeks of completing that job, they hired me again. That experience led to additional clients and confirmed that delivering quality work and excellent customer service speaks for itself.
What sets me apart is the personal care and attention I give every client. As the owner, I’m hands-on and treat every home and business as if it were my own. I’m committed to consistency, professionalism, and making sure every job is done right the first time.
Although my business is still growing, I’m proud of the reputation I’m building.
