Inspiring Conversations with Alexandra Pallas of Vision to Growth LLC and Lumina Cleaning Co

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandra Pallas.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I host monthly women’s circles because throughout history, women have always needed sacred spaces to come together, and now is no different. We need a space of our own to sit by the fire. To sing in circle and to weave. To share wisdom. To grieve. To dance. And to celebrate rites of passage.

I have always had a passion for all things holistic wellness, ancestral wisdom traditions, and energy healing (and have studied, practice and taught for 25 years) — so I was truly blessed in 2022 to merge my professional experience (in business management consulting and leadership development) with my personal passion by co-founding a world-renowned provider of legal psychedelic-based wellness retreats (featuring psilocybin mushroom ceremony, yoga, meditation, nature immersion, and community) operating in the Caribbean and Europe.

Internationally, I am a pioneer in the ethical, sustainable business management of psychedelic and transformational retreats centers. Locally, I am a facilitator of cozy, nourishing, loving circles for women to practice self-compassion, mindful movement, meditation, magic, and healing in community.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Being an entrepreneur requires a substantial amount of grit, hustle and resilience. But most importantly, it has challenged me to surrender my fears to God, stay in alignment with my highest purpose, and have faith in the process. That’s not always easy but it’s such a beautiful initiation!

We’ve been impressed with Vision to Growth LLC ||| & ||| Lumina Cleaning Co, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I currently offer monthly circles for women at Yatha Yoga in Ellicott City. We explore the rhythms of the moon, celebrate the wheel of the year (solstices and equinoxes), deeply self-reflect, share in community, engage in shamanic journeying, get creative, and move our bodies (dance, yoga, and more).

I enjoy bringing my background, training and certifications in Reiki, Ayurvedic Medicine, Peruvian shamanism (Q’ero tradition), sound healing, yoga, meditation, sacred plants, and more to the space!

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Like many of you, I spent decades working “jobs” — And, like many of you, between COVID, layoffs, and AI, have realized that “jobs” are no longer reliable, steady or forever.
So, I went into business for myself and am now a multi-business entrepreneur.

In addition to working in transformational wellness, I also run two successful businesses: Vision to Growth, co-founded with a business partner, which is a strategic advisory supporting CEOs of organizations dedicated to human and planetary flourishing. We offer services in AI transformation and business strategy as well as supporting niche leaders in the transformational retreats space;

… and Lumina Cleaning Co, a residential cleaning services company in Baltimore, Howard and Carroll counties. We love bringing a magic touch to helping our clients homes sparkle and shine. I’m actively building clientele and hiring!
