Today we’d like to introduce you to Emily Adolph.
Hi Emily, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey has really been one of listening inward and following what felt aligned, even when it wasn’t the most clearly outlined path.
I started The Soul Lift as a way to help people reconnect with themselves through meditation, energy work, sound healing, and intentional community spaces. What started as one-on-one sessions naturally grew into group experiences and immersive events where people could slow down, release, and reconnect.
Today, I’m continuing to expand The Soul Lift into larger community gatherings and healing arts experiences that blend wellness, music, and connection. At the core of it all, my intention is to create spaces where people feel supported, seen, and more deeply connected to themselves and each other.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a completely smooth road.
One of the biggest challenges has been building something that didn’t really have a clear blueprint for me to follow. I was creating The Soul Lift while also learning how to run a heart-led business, how to hold space for myself and others in a sustainable way, and how to trust my own voice in a field that can sometimes feel very saturated or undefined.
There were also moments of doubt – especially early on – where I questioned whether I was “qualified enough” or whether people would truly resonate with the work. And like many entrepreneurs, I’ve had to learn how to navigate inconsistency, especially while building something rooted in service, healing, and community.
But those challenges have also shaped the work in a meaningful way. They’ve pushed me to deepen my own healing, refine my offerings, and stay committed to creating spaces that feel authentic and grounded.
In a lot of ways, the growth of The Soul Lift has mirrored my own personal growth.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Through The Soul Lift, I create healing experiences that help people reconnect with themselves through meditation, energy work, sound healing, breathwork, intuitive art, and intentional community spaces.
I specialize in holding grounded, nurturing spaces where people can slow down, release what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect inwardly in a real and accessible way. I’m also very focused on integration, so the experience carries into everyday life – not just the moment itself.
I’m most known for how I hold space – people often say they feel safe, seen, and able to truly drop in. What I’m most proud of is how organically The Soul Lift has grown through word of mouth and genuine connection, and how it continues to bring people together in meaningful healing community.
What sets my work apart is the integration of healing, creativity, intuitive art experiences, and Divine and Sacred Feminine work. It’s not just about personal transformation, but about guiding people back into their intuitive nature, helping them soften into their truth, and giving them space to express what’s within them in embodied, creative ways.
I’m intentional about creating spaces where healing is experienced through the body, expressed through creativity and art, and deepened through sacred feminine practices – so it becomes something lived, not just understood.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
So many people have supported and shaped this journey, and The Soul Lift truly wouldn’t exist in the way it does without community.
First and foremost, I’m deeply grateful for the clients and participants who have trusted me from the beginning. Their openness, willingness to show up, and honest feedback have been one of the biggest teachers for me. A lot of the growth of The Soul Lift has come through word of mouth – people sharing their experiences and bringing others into the space, which has meant everything.
I’ve also been supported by a circle of friends, collaborators, and fellow practitioners in the healing and creative space who have encouraged me to keep going, especially in the early stages when things felt uncertain. Their belief in the work helped me stay committed to building something that didn’t always have a clear roadmap.
In addition, I’ve been fortunate to learn from teachers, mentors, and spiritual guides along the way – both formally and informally – who have influenced my understanding of energy work, embodiment, and Sacred Feminine practices. Even if not always in a structured mentorship role, their teachings and presence have deeply informed how I hold space today.
At the core, though, I really see this as a collective effort. The Soul Lift has been shaped through every person who has stepped into a session, attended an event, shared it with someone else, or simply believed in the possibility of what it could become.
