Today we’d like to introduce you to Gregg DaCosta.
Hi Gregg, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started creating stories after being inspired by television shows at the age of 15 years old. From there I wanted to make my own versions with my own outcomes of things that I saw, but then thought it would be nice to see these visions come to life and that’s when I started researching screenwriting and filmmaking.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
With all roads of course you have your ups and downs especially being a creative. You have to invest in yourself a lot, so I would say a 9-5 was definitely apart of how I could get started in my field
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
So what I do is specialize in Filmmaking and AI content. I try to make all my AI content with fans and the people in general through some type of emotional connection where they can relate. I think consistency is what sets me apart from others. I love coming up with new ideas on a consistent basis, and right now we’re in an era where people fear new things like AI technology, but you have to realize the thing you fear is already here and will be here long after we’re gone. It’s better to learn about it and how to use it so you don’t get left behind in this fast paced world.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Never giving up has been my best characteristic. I feel like with no matter how bad you feel like your day is going, you have to realize that you’re somebody’s light in order to keep going, no matter what so if you can’t do it for someone else then do it for yourself and be your own light.
