Hi Abdallah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey in this industry , marketing and distribution actually started on the distribution side. We spent years working with major global brands like OKF, Ülker, and Bonart, helping them enter into and expand within new markets. However, we repeatedly faced a frustrating cycle: once we had successfully built a market and established brand loyalty for a manufacturer, they would often bypass us to work with larger, national importers.
Realizing that we were building equity for everyone but ourselves, we decided to take a leap and create our own brand, Joyful.
We saw a specific gap in the market for kids and families. While adults are often tied to big brand names, children care most about two things: great flavors and the “fun factor.” We focused our strategy on delivering high-quality, delicious products paired with affordable toys. By owning our brand, we finally have the security to invest deeply in our customers and our market without the fear of being sidelined. Today, Joyful is a testament to the idea that if you understand the consumer’s needs better than the big brands do, you can build something that truly lasts.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There is no smooth road , we are still struggling and we will keep struggle all the way long , now people especially kids are more into online and digital market, that is big challenge for us. We are trying to build our own mobile app and sell online through social platform. Another huge challenge is the competition, and big companies with big capital and investment, to overcome this , we try to sell story instead of selling product and focus on selling good vibe and feelings for kids instead of making money. We are planning on arranging events for kids and families to sell our story.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in bridging the gap between traditional consumer markets and emerging technologies. Having spent years in the high-stakes world of global confectionery distribution and brand development, my current work is focused on the next frontier, AI-driven digital solutions.
Right now, I am dedicated to two primary areas: developing AI powered mobile applications and producing high-impact marketing videos through advanced AI platforms. What sets me apart is that I don’t just look at AI as a “cool tool …I look at it through the lens of a business owner. I know what it takes to make a brand move in the real world, and I’m using AI to make that process faster, more creative, and more accessible for modern brands.
I am most proud of my ability to pivot. Moving from physical product distribution to digital innovation wasn’t just a career change; it was an evolution. I’m known for being able to take complex market needs and translate them into digital experiences that actually resonate with people. For me, the goal is always the same: using the best technology available to create a “joyful” connection with the end user.

If I could leave the readers with one piece of advice, it’s that a successful business shouldn’t start with a focus on making money. Instead, it starts with a model. For me, that model is built on two things: being creative and staying competitive. If you spend your energy building a system that offers something unique and stays ahead of the curve, you create real value. Once you make that model successful and functional, the money naturally follows. Profit is the result of a great idea executed well, not the starting point.
