One of the biggest challenges has been building trust in a competitive market where customers expect a perfect gifting experience.
In the beginning, I was managing everything myself, which made it hard to scale. Logistics and on-time delivery were also challenging, especially since these are gifts and every detail matters.
Over time, I’ve focused on improving systems and making the experience more reliable. Each challenge helped us build a stronger, more consistent brand.
