Check Out Natalie Ngounou’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Ngounou.

Hi Natalie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey began in hospitality, where I spent over two decades creating elevated guest experiences in spa and wellness environments. Along the way, I was drawn to mindfulness and sound healing as a personal practice, and quickly saw its ability to support deep relaxation and reconnection.

That led me to found Space of Gratitude, a luxury wellness brand centered on intentional living and immersive sound bath experiences, including my signature float sound baths. My work has since expanded into corporate wellness, private events, and collaborations with hotels and organizations.

I also authored Create a Lifestyle of Gratitude, which reflects the philosophy behind everything I create—helping people slow down, reset, and reconnect through the power of presence and gratitude.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not always—it’s been a journey of growth and learning.

Building a business in sound healing and luxury wellness meant carving a path that didn’t really exist, which often required educating others on its value and staying confident in my vision. I’ve also navigated the challenges of balancing creativity with the business side—pricing, operations, and building the right partnerships.

Each challenge has strengthened my approach and reinforced the importance of patience, intention, and staying aligned with my purpose.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Professionally, my work sits at the intersection of wellness, hospitality, and structured program design. I’m a certified sound healing practitioner, yoga teacher, and mindfulness facilitator, with training in yoga nidra, meditation, and breathwork. I also hold certifications in project management and technology, which support how I design and scale experiences with intention and precision.

I’m known for creating elevated, immersive experiences that feel both refined and deeply restorative.

What I’m most proud of is building a brand that bridges two worlds—bringing mindfulness and sound healing into luxury and corporate spaces in a way that feels accessible, credible, and impactful.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend luxury hospitality with intentional wellness practices—creating experiences that are not only intentional, but truly transformative.

How do you think about luck?
I don’t necessarily believe in luck—I consider myself blessed and always in a position to learn or grow.

In both life and business, I see every experience as either alignment or a lesson. There have been moments that looked like “good luck,” but they were often the result of preparation, consistency, and being open to opportunity. And the more challenging moments have shaped my resilience, clarity, and direction.

I approach everything with the mindset that I’m always evolving and always gaining something of value—and that perspective has been a big part of how I continue to grow both personally and professionally.
