Hi Ryan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

From Teacher to Real Estate Professional
Ryan Greenberg’s journey began with a passion for education. At 22, he launched his career as a physical education teacher while living in Baltimore City, dedicated to shaping young minds. But his drive to build something greater led him toward unexpected horizons.

Shortly after college, Ryan became a US Coast Guard licensed captain and spent his summers on the water, working charter, private and tow boats. Living aboard his clients boat, he developed a reputation for grit and resilience. It was during this time that a wise older gentleman – impressed by Ryan’s relentless work ethic – became his first private money lender. That moment became the spark that ignited Ryan’s career in real estate.
Early Home Improvement & Real Estate Wins
At 24, Ryan bought his first home and rented out rooms to help cover the mortgage. Fueled by the BiggerPockets Podcast and inspired by industry figure Brandon Turner, Ryan immersed himself in the world of real estate. A year later, with the backing of his maritime mentor, he partnered with a college friend to acquire and renovate more properties.

From there, Ryan’s momentum never slowed. He went on to acquire dozens of properties, found a property management company overseeing hundreds of units, and launch a property management and construction firm now generating over $10 million annually.
Launching a Full-Service Home Improvement Business
By the age of 30, Ryan left the classroom for good and committed to full-time entrepreneurship. But he never left his teaching roots behind. He created The Everyday Millionaire Show – a podcast dedicated to inspiring and educating aspiring entrepreneurs. In a full-circle moment, he even interviewed Brandon Turner, the very person who had helped shape his path.

Ryan’s success didn’t come without setbacks. He didn’t come from wealth. He faced near-bankruptcy. But with grit, perseverance, and a refusal to quit, he pushed forward. Today, he operates two multi-million dollar businesses and continues to grow his real estate portfolio – proving that hard work, passion, and the right mindset can turn any starting point into something remarkable.
