Exploring Life & Business with Noah Lichtig of Gulp Fitness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Noah Lichtig.

Hi Noah, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Gulp Fitness 4 years ago as a part time student looking to help people with their health and fitness. Over these past 4 years, I was able to learn more about health and fitness. I used my knowledge to help clients achieve their goals. I have met so many people who have helped me grow my business!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
At first I did not do any marketing, I just helped whoever asked. I was not getting many people through my doors that way.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Gulp Fitness is 1 on 1 personal training. I specialize in functional training and strength training, but am knowledgeable in all types of training. I set myself apart from my competition because I take pride in my work. I care about my clients and make sure I do everything I can to set them up for success. I am proud of the business I built based off my hard work and discipline. I offer free sessions to all first timers. I want people to see what I can do for them for free before I try to get them to sign up for my services.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
If you are just starting out on your fitness journey, the best thing to do is just get started. Lift some weights, go on a walk/jog, play a sport. Do anything to get your body in motion, and you will start to learn things as you go.
