Hi Serzei, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
And so it begins…
The Miss You BIG Entertainment story set sail in 2019, out of absolute sheer curiosity of an ‘unknown’ digital universe . Love You Large Productions is a brand that was born out of that discovery process.
Now a place where entertainment is foremost and audience engagement is key. Enjoy some of the local music offerings plus a personal POV on concerts around the Mid-Atlantic area.
Miss You BIG Entertainment’s YouTube channel has previously been the home of the Mid-Atlantic’s Premiere Beach Band; Sons Of Pirates, (SOP TV).
Based out of Baltimore Maryland, Miss You BIG Entertainment is committed to continue bringing a diverse and quality mix of music acts.
Serzei pronounced (sir-zee) is the Owner/Operator of Miss You BIG Entertainment. Video Content Creator at Love You Large Productions. Videographer/Editor at large. Thirty plus years of broadcast television experience is now being applied in the strategic planning, implementation and general attitude of Love You Large Productions. Cheers mate!!!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. I expected this and continually look for different angles to be part of the digital media economy.
The road is still, long and winding. But, there is still an unmistakable migration to digital media and video is a basic necessity or tool. Good or great video content on the other hand is a different story. There in lies the struggle. Good vs bad video content has a myriad of interpretations. Being behind the viewfinder for close to 40 years I can certainly help with that struggle.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I provide single or multi camera live capture and editing services to anyone who has a project of any subject matter. Also, any social media platform. YouTube and Facebook being my favorites to work on.
A specialty of mine is the multi camera approach to any project. I find when that strategy is used, I have all kinds of options to put together a polished final project in post production.
I am proud of the videos I’ve made in the local live music arena.
How do you think about luck?
Luck always has a part in things. Isn’t that what happens when being prepared meets the right opportunity. So, far I’m 50/50 on good vs. bad luck.
I’ll take the win. 50/50 is about the best anyone can hope for in life or business..
