Today we’d like to introduce you to Jill Goldfine.
Hi Jill, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m proud to be a native Washingtonian. People are often surprised to hear that there are natives, but lots of us are roaming the area. After college, my first job led me into the association world where basic aspects of meeting planning became part of my responsibilities. I was fortunate to be mentored during that time, which gave me valuable insight into hospitality and inspired me to pursue it further. From there, I made the decision to focus my career on meeting and event planning, a path that has allowed me to combine my organizational strengths with my passion for creating memorable experiences.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The path to today hasn’t always been smooth. Early in my career, it took some time to find the right niche where I felt comfortable to succeed and grow. Eventually, I built a long tenure as an in-house planner for a national trade association, which gave me the stability and experience to launch EventHouse Partners as a side hustle. Like many in the industry, COVID posed a major obstacle, but EventHouse survived by rescheduling programs and pivoting to virtual events whenever possible… a challenge that ultimately made the business more resilient and adaptable.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
At EventHouse Partners, I specialize in planning and executing conferences, incentive travel, and corporate events that are polished, strategic, and memorable. I’m known for my ability to balance creativity with flawless logistics, delivering events that not only run seamlessly but also reflect the client’s brand and goals. What I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve earned from clients who see me as an extension of their team, confident that I’ll handle every detail with professionalism and care. What sets me apart is my commitment to white glove service, from managing executive and VIP expectations to ensuring every attendee feels valued. This combination of personal attention, strategic vision, and calm under pressure has allowed me to consistently create experiences that exceed expectations and leave a lasting impact.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is creating events that leave a lasting impression—not only by ensuring client satisfaction, but also by making attendees feel valued and appreciated for choosing to spend their time at the event. I want every guest to walk away with a memorable experience that reflects the thought, care, and intention behind the planning.
