Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Chillin Chillin of Park Heights

We recently had the chance to connect with Chillin Chillin and have shared our conversation below.

Chillin, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What battle are you avoiding?
Battles I always avoid is being or feeling negative, you are what you attract . Staying positive is the best way to go.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m “ChillinChillin” an upcoming musical artist from Baltimore, MD. I make all types of music from different types of sound . I can best describe my music as an energetic undertone , mixtures of two of the biggest languages in the world (Spanish & English). Grew up in Baltimore my whole life , it’s a concrete jungle very tough city to come out of. You can hear the influence in my music . Also grew up skateboarding, it’s been a big part of my journey.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
The person who saw me before I even seen myself was my mother , she always believed in me & been there for me every step of the time regardless if I was right or wrong.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There was a couple times I almost gave up , I didn’t see results I wanted to see but I knew I had to keep pushing to reach my goal.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
I wanna be transparent with everyone & how I perceive myself publicly. I’m the same person on & off camera.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
I’ll stop bad eating habits , stop drinking alcohol & smoking cigarettes/weed.
