Inspiring Conversations with Aquiera Halsey, MPH of Worthiness Coach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aquiera Halsey, MPH.

Hi Aquiera, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My spiritual journey truly began in April 2024.
After years of struggling in silence, I reached a breaking point. I had become a compulsive sex addict, and for the first time, I admitted to myself and out loud that I needed help. I had lied to my best friend of 12 years in attempt to hide my behavior after putting myself in a precarious situation. My therapist of two years was so concerned; she asked me to check in with her daily by email.

That was the moment I chose to take a chance on myself.

I signed up for my first private hypnosis session with The Divine Mother, Monica Bey. In that very first session, everything shifted. I uncovered how deeply my mother wounds and abandonment issues had shaped my choices, my relationships, and how I saw myself.

It was my breakthrough and the beginning of my journey to worthiness. That experience cracked something open in me. It became the doorway to my healing, my worthiness, and the spiritual path I now walk and guide others through.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road was anything but smooth but when is a journey ever truly smooth?
One of my favorite quotes is, “Smooth seas do not make skillful sailors.” – African Proverb.

My spiritual growth happened at warp speed. I became celibate and embraced a life of sobriety almost overnight. That’s not to say I didn’t face inner battles mentally, emotionally, and spiritually but I stayed committed to my healing. Within six months, I experienced five quantum leaps that reshaped everything.

One of the hardest parts of that transformation was ascending beyond friendships and chosen family bonds I thought would last forever. Some relationships ended abruptly, and I had to sit with the pain and sadness of that loss. That grief became part of the initiation.

Now that I’ve healed from my former addiction and done the deep work to address my core wounds, I live with greater clarity and have called in new relationships that feel truly aligned.
I’m grateful for the entire journey as it has deepened my compassion, strengthened my spirituality, and equipped me to guide others back to their own worth and wholeness.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Worthiness Coach ?
My grandmother channeled the name Worthiness Coach through me as a spiritual movement rooted in the truth that I am already enough.

As a Spiritual Life Coach, Psychic, metaphysical energy healer, intuitive, and advocate, my work is devoted to helping people reclaim their power, heal from what they thought they had to hide, and reconnect with their divine purpose. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, professional women, empaths, and folks on a healing path who are tired of shrinking to survive.

Through my 1:1 intuitive coaching sessions, energy protection work, psychic and past life readings, and my signature program, ‘Worthiness Boost’, I guide clients into deeper self-trust, soul clarity, and embodied confidence. I combine ancestral wisdom, spiritual coaching, and energy healing to help people shed what isn’t theirs and remember who they truly are. I am proud of being a lighthouse for those who never felt fully seen.

What sets my work apart is the depth and intentionality I bring to every session. I don’t believe in surface-level affirmations. I believe in sacred reclamation and channeled wisdom that speaks directly to your soul. I’m most proud that Worthiness Coach has become a safe and affirming space for people who’ve never felt fully seen or supported on their journey.

If there’s one thing I want you to know about my brand and my offerings, it’s this:
You don’t have to earn your worth. You only have to remember it. And I’m here to walk with you as you do.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
This question is simplistically complex.

Right now, what matters most to me is nurturing myself after so much growth and allowing space for shifting identities as I evolve. It feels like I’m in Act II of my life. I’ve closed a chapter of deep healing and integration. At one point, I boxed myself in with labels by telling myself I couldn’t do this or that. But now, having released those limitations, I feel free. I feel liberated.

I’m also intentionally building community and creating spaces that feel like home for those of us who have long searched for belonging.

On a deeper level, what matters most is helping people heal from the generational trauma they carry. Supporting others in remembering their worth, reclaiming their power, and breaking cycles, that’s the heart of my work. That’s my calling.
