Today we’d like to introduce you to Zuryna Livermore.
Hi Zuryna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m Zuryna Livermore, the founder of Live More Agency, a boutique operations and project management firm that supports small business owners, content creators, and professional athletes in getting their business operations in order—without getting overwhelmed.
Since stepping into this space in 2016, I’ve become known as the calm in the storm—the one who can see all the moving pieces and bring them together with clarity, creativity, and precision. My clients affectionately call me Air Traffic Control for Marketing Operations because I help them manage everything from launch to landing without losing momentum (or their minds).
With a sharp eye for detail and a true passion for helping others shine, I launched my podcast, Operations Unfiltered, to take listeners behind the curtain of influencer marketing, talent management, and the logistics that power some of today’s most impactful brands. Whether I’m interviewing city leaders, creators, or media pros, I love digging into the real stories—the messy middle that people don’t always see, but that makes all the difference.
Through Live More Agency, I blend my corporate project management background with real-world experience. I’ve helped brands streamline their systems, launch meaningful campaigns, and partner with purpose-driven influencers—all with a strong operational backbone that supports growth.
At my core, I believe in helping people live more and stress less. Whether it’s organizing influencer campaigns, developing workflows, or stepping in to manage chaos, I’m here to bring structure, strategy, and a little Southern charm to every project I touch.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not smooth—but it’s been purposeful.
Four months before I gave birth to my daughter (in 2022), I lost my grandmother—one of the strongest women in my life and someone who truly embodied what it meant to hold a family together. Navigating grief while preparing to become a mother myself was one of the most emotionally complex seasons I’ve ever experienced.
At the same time, I was working to establish myself in the corporate world, often battling impostor syndrome as a Black woman in predominantly white spaces. I constantly felt the pressure to prove I belonged, even when my work spoke for itself.
And while I was building my business and advancing my career, I had to do so with a limited village. Juggling childcare, client meetings, and corporate deliverables without consistent support forced me to become incredibly resourceful—but also reminded me how important it is to advocate for working moms and create systems that support real life, not just productivity.
The road hasn’t been smooth, but every challenge has sharpened my purpose and deepened my commitment to helping others find structure, clarity, and peace—because I know what it feels like to navigate chaos.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I started my professional career right out of college in 2016 as a Corporate Communications Specialist. Not long after, I earned my certification in project management and launched Live More Agency—originally to support service providers like hair stylists and nail techs with content creation and visibility. I saw a gap: these talented professionals had the skill, but not always the systems to keep up with marketing or growth. I wanted to be the bridge.
As I continued to level up—earning new certifications and refining my approach—Live More Agency evolved. Today, I specialize in fractional project management, social media consulting, and I also serve as a booking agent for content creators. My clients span from small business owners to professional athletes, and I’m known for helping them turn chaos into clear, actionable strategies.
My clients often call me Air Traffic Control for Marketing Operations—a nickname I wear with pride. I help break down complex goals into achievable sprints, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while everything stays in motion.
What I’m most proud of is empowering solo-preneurs—especially women of color—with the right processes, people, and tools to succeed. I know what it’s like to build something from scratch while juggling life’s many demands, so I design systems that are sustainable, not overwhelming.
What truly sets me apart is my ability to read the room and connect people with the resources, collaborators, and strategies they didn’t even know they needed. I’m not just a project manager—I’m a master connector, a strategist, and a trusted partner who shows up with empathy and execution.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I’m a big fan of mixing entertainment with education—it keeps me grounded and inspired.
I tune into The Breakfast Club every morning with DJ Envy, Charlamagne tha God, Jess Hilarious, and Loren LoRosa. It’s my go-to for staying tapped into pop culture, current events, and a little laughter to start the day. I also love The Brilliant Idiots podcast with Andrew Schulz and Charlamagne—it’s unfiltered, insightful, and reminds me not to take myself too seriously.
Right now, I’m fully in my boundary-setting era, so I’ve been reading Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab. It’s been a game-changer, especially as I navigate entrepreneurship, motherhood, and corporate life.
For fun, I always find myself going back to Kevin Kwan’s Crazy Rich Asians trilogy. The storytelling, the drama, the fashion—I’m here for all of it. It’s my feel-good escape when I need a break from logistics and spreadsheets.
And when I’m deep in work mode and want to sharpen my skills, I lean into books like Applied Crisis Communication and Crisis Management. They help me build best practices and stay ready for whatever curveballs may come—because in marketing ops, there’s always something unexpected.
