Inspiring Conversations with Noel Zephir of Beauty3

Today we’d like to introduce you to Noel Zephir

Hi NOEL, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I launched my brand, Beauty³ (Beauty Cubed), in 2021, inspired by the challenges brought on by the COVID epidemic. At the time, I was working part-time as a hospital registrar while modeling as my primary career. However, with the pandemic slowing down modeling opportunities, I knew I needed to create an additional source of income. Working in the emergency room, traveling for gigs, and managing my home life with my husband left little time for myself, and I found it difficult to prioritize self-care.

Through conversations with friends, family, and coworkers, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many of us talked about “self-care Sundays,” yet few of us made self-care a regular habit. This realization became the foundation for Beauty³ —a brand dedicated to making self-care accessible and sustainable for busy lives daily.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The journey to building Beauty³ was far from smooth. One of the biggest challenges was defining what self-care means to a wide range of people, not just myself. Deciding on the types of products to offer—whether beauty-focused, health-focused, or novelty items that simply promote self-care—was a tough call. Over time, I’ve had to adapt, adding and removing products based on customer needs, preferences, and purchase trends.

Another major hurdle was sourcing products. Many items were imported, and after COVID, supply chain disruptions made this process both time-consuming and expensive. This not only delayed the introduction of new products but also increased costs, creating additional challenges for a small business. Sourcing challenges did, however, push me to start creating my own product that I make myself in house.

As a new entrepreneur, pricing was another learning curve. I wanted to ensure that my products were affordable and accessible, encouraging people to make self-care a regular habit, rather than a luxury. Striking the right balance between affordability and sustainability was a constant challenge, but it remains central to the vision of Beauty³.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Beauty3?
People often ask me, “Why the name Beauty³?” To me, beauty is made up of three essential dimensions.
1. How you look: Are you presenting your best self to the world and, more importantly, to yourself? When you look in the mirror, do you like what you see?
2. How you feel inside: Are you prioritizing your health and well-being? This includes eating right, staying active, attending to your health needs, and practicing self-care.
3. How you treat others: Are you showing kindness, authenticity, and generosity? Are you pouring into others’ cups while staying true to yourself?
At the heart of it all is self-care. When you take care of yourself—mind, body, and soul—you’ll not only look and feel better, but you’ll also treat others better. Self-care is the foundation of how we show up in the world, and Beauty³ is a reminder of that balance.

Beauty³ is an online-based store dedicated to promoting self-care on regular basis. I also participate in one to two pop-up shops each year to introduce my brand to new audiences. My mission is to provide items that encourage you to take at least 5 to 10 minutes to focus on yourself. I offer a variety of products designed to help you slow down and prioritize your well-being, including:

Journals to reflect and unwind through writing.

Pedicure sets for DIY pampering at home.

Novelty items like T-shirts, cups, and journals that serve as daily reminders to practice self-care.

Face masks and cleansing systems to rejuvenate your skin.

Essential oils to enhance relaxation and mindfulness.

Every product is intentionally selected to inspire you to spend time and resources on yourself. Beyond personal use, I encourage customers to gift these items to friends and family because self-care is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give.

As a plus-size model, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands such as Target, Kohl’s, Ashley Stewart, Adrianna Papell, Louis Vuitton, and many others. However, I’ve noticed that while these brands and others cater to various needs, none are dedicated to promoting self-care and well-being as a central focus.

Self-care means different things to different people, and it’s more than just a trend—it’s a necessity. That realization inspired me to create Beauty³, a brand devoted to helping individuals prioritize themselves, no matter what self-care looks like for them.

What sets Beauty³ apart from other online stores or brick-and-mortar shops is that my entire collection is centered on your well-being and the importance of making self-care a habit. Every product and message aligns with the mission to promote self-care as an essential, everyday practice.

What I’m most proud of is staying true to my brand’s purpose. On social media, I don’t just sell products—I inspire and uplift. I encourage women, men, and fellow entrepreneurs to prioritize self-care and speak words of positivity, because self-care goes beyond the physical. It’s also about mental health.

While I don’t sell products specifically for mental health, I recognize that taking the time to relax, focus on yourself, and practice self-care can have a profound impact on your mental well-being. Beauty³ is about more than products—it’s about fostering a mindset that values your overall health and happiness.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I would love the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals who focus on mental health, physical health, and self-care. Partnerships with like-minded individuals or businesses that offer products aimed at improving overall well-being could be a wonderful way to expand the impact of Beauty³. I encourage any brand that feels like their products or business aligns with the same purpose to reach out to me on Instagram, @beauty_cubed, or via email, beauty3cubed@gmail.com. I’d love to explore new ideas!

There are many ways to support my mission of making self-care a priority. Professionals can help spread the word about the importance of self-care, sharing the message that it’s not just a luxury but a necessity. Engaging with my brand on social media by sharing, liking, or posting helps tremendously—engagement means everything to a small business.

Additionally, shopping from my store, www.beautycubed3.com, for yourself or as gifts for loved ones is another way to support. Self-care is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and others, and I’m passionate about making it accessible to everyone.
