Certainly! My journey to becoming the CEO of the SVE Firm began with a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong desire to make a difference in my community. I am a former student athlete, frist genration graduate, and was supported by community. My passion for people comes from humble beinging in Memphs, TN
After college, I started my career as college athletics, where I gained invaluable experience in people skills and team leadership. However, I always felt a calling to create something of my own. That’s when I decided to take a leap of faith and launched my first venture—a consulting business aimed at helping small businesses thrive.
The early days were challenging, but I was determined to learn from every experience. I focused on building relationships, understanding my clients’ needs, and continuously improving my skills. As my reputation grew, so did my business, leading to the establishment of the SVE Firm.
Under my leadership, the firm has evolved into a multifaceted company that provides comprehensive services to support business growth. I prioritize fostering a collaborative culture and empowering my team, which has been crucial to our success.
Today, I’m proud to lead a firm that not only achieves its business goals but also contributes positively to the community. I believe that our journey is ongoing, and I’m excited for what the future holds for the SVE Firm and its mission.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it hasn’t. As a female bussiness owener it is hard to get funding. Covid was our most diffucult times as small bussiness were looking to be relevant with the funding to pay for our services. We did a lot of pro buro work during that time. It paid off all thoes clients became paying clients.
As you know, we’re big fans of The SVE FIRM . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
The SVE Firm is a full-service consulting firm that partners and collaborates with our clients to deliver results and navigate complex challenges. We bring over 10 years of specialized expertise in strategic planning, event management, sponsorship activation, and nonprofit management.
The firm name, The SVE Firm (SVE), was intentionally named to solidify our core values of Strategy, Vision, and Execution that we apply to everything that we do. Ensuring that our clients are served with integrity, excellence, teamwork, and first-class customer service. Our clients benefit greatly from our teams’ diverse range of knowledge and experience.
We specialize in working with nonprofits and small bussiness and women owned bussiness and former athletes

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Content content. We are story tellers so we have to increase our social media and digital footprint.
