I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship and a drive to create meaningful impact through business. My journey began with a curiosity for understanding how businesses work and a desire to contribute to my community in a meaningful way.
I co-founded XSITE Capital Investment LLC, a private equity firm focused on the acquisition of multifamily assets. The idea was born from a realization that real estate could be a powerful vehicle for wealth creation and community development. Starting XSITE was not without its challenges. We had to navigate the complexities of the real estate market, build a network of investors, and establish a reputation for integrity and reliability. But with determination, courage, and a clear vision, we began to see our efforts pay off.
As the Director of Operations at XSITE, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping our strategic direction, optimizing our operations, and ensuring we stay true to our core values of honesty, integrity, growth, and simplicity. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities, and I embrace them with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
In addition to XSITE Capital, I co-founded Vita Nova Wellness, a wellness clinic in Baltimore dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community. This venture was inspired by my belief in the importance of holistic health and the role it plays in achieving overall success in life.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned the importance of humility and discipline. I’ve faced setbacks and made mistakes, but each experience has been a learning opportunity, shaping me into the entrepreneur I am today. My goal is to educate and inspire others on their growth journey, sharing the lessons I’ve learned and encouraging them to pursue their passions with courage and determination.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to where I am today has been anything but smooth. Entrepreneurship is a journey filled with highs and lows, and I’ve encountered my fair share of challenges along the way.
One of the initial struggles was gaining credibility and trust in the real estate market. When we started XSITE Capital, we were newcomers in a field dominated by established players. It took significant effort to prove our commitment, integrity, and capability to our investors and partners. Building that trust required patience, consistent performance, and a steadfast dedication to our core values.
Another challenge was navigating the complexities of multifamily asset acquisition. The real estate market is highly competitive and unpredictable. We had to learn quickly, adapt to market changes, and develop strategies that balanced risk and reward.

Ensuring that our operations at XSITE Capital and Vita Nova Wellness ran smoothly required meticulous planning, effective communication, and strong leadership.
