Hidden Gems: Meet Vadim Proshichev of Método Vadim: Danza, Salud y Bienestar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vadim Proshichev.

Vadim Proshichev

Hi Vadim, We are so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am from Russia, and most of my experience and education are from my country. I graduated in medicine as a general physician and then as a professional dance teacher. I have over 20 years of experience in this field and specialize in body psychotherapy and classical ballet teaching. I use my method to help my students improve their health and wealth. This method combines different techniques: body psychotherapy, dance, physical exercise, and art therapy. I lived in Mexico and Colombia, and now live in Washington, DC. My students are from all over the world because, after COVID, I work online.

Let’s dig deeper into the story – has it been an easy path, and if not, what challenges have you overcome?
At first, I decided on the way, and then the way took me. So, it is smooth, but I need to be forceful constantly.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Método Vadim: Danza, Salud y Bienestar?
Now, I am only one person in my business. I use technology and AI for my small business, which is very helpful. I am thrilled and grateful for this possibility because I go with technology and use it for the better. I have students from all over the world, and I bring them excellent service; it is not easy because I need to study so much to do it. Now, I am delighted with what I do!

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I suggest looking constantly to educate yourself and balance all parts of your life. For me, it is the most important thing. Every week, I check my lifestyle balance and do what I need.
