We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I have experienced obstacles and challenges in the COVID-19 pandemic. It affected the travel industry tremendously and caused a shutdown and many cancellations. I had to pivot my travel plans and my customer travel plans. I had to seek alternative and new travel destinations for my customers.

My view on risk-taking is you have to take some risks to improve business and efficiencies. I have taken risks in my own business with technology, partners, and lending. I believe it’s better to try and fail than to never try at all.
